      Pros

      My experience with Vanliner was good for the first 14 years.

      Cons

      If you do NOT have a college degree and have been in the work force for 40+ years, they do not respect your experience over the lack of a college degree. The give you a lot of vacation time, but, they do not expect you to use it.

      Pros

      They are very good about promoting within the company and they keep employee's long term by increasing benefits based on how long you have been at the company.

      Cons

      Slow to hire new people, the interview process is unnecessarily long, have a tendency to overload employees and the pay is not competitive.
