If you do NOT have a college degree and have been in the work force for 40+ years, they do not respect your experience over the lack of a college degree. The give you a lot of vacation time, but, they do not expect you to use it.
They are very good about promoting within the company and they keep employee's long term by increasing benefits based on how long you have been at the company.
