      Pros

      The recruitment and onboarding process was smooth, transparent and respectful. From first contact with the recruiter through to starting, everything was handled with care and clarity. It is a great time to be at Vanta with the company growing quickly and investing in its people and processes. Leadership is engaged, communication is open, and you can really feel the momentum of a company scaling responsibly. The benefits, flexibility and compensation are strong, but what stands out most is the opportunity to be part of a hypergrowth stage where there is genuine impact to be made.

      The pace is very fast, so you need to be prepared to keep up with constant changes and shifting priorities.

      It’s a remote-first company with some travel for work

      Cons

      Basically no onboarding period—deliverables were expected on day 1, job description was inaccurate and assignments+expectations changed constantly for me and my peers, teammates cite burnout but don’t work smart
