      Pros

      An incredible company made up of world class individuals selling a best-in-market product. Competitive compensation, strong benefits and a very optimistic company outlook. This is easily the best job I've ever had (and I've had quite a few).

      Cons

      It's a pressure cooker but that's what you sign up for when you join a company like this. Be a grown up. Know what you're getting into and get into it.
