      Smart and hardworking team, but expectations can be tough

      Pros

      Without a doubt the smartest and most hardworking people I've worked with. Some days can be a grind but setting proper expectations with the team and leadership helps abate this.

      As mentioned, some days can be a grind. There are a lot of times where expectations and responsibilities grow while the team doesn't.

      good benefits, OTE is high, eligible for overtime Lots of enablement, and a path to AE (although that path is changing) emphasis on adopting ai and prospecting tools product market fit in downmarket is strong

      Cons

      Quota attainment is vastly different across segments, but the promo path is the same for months of attainment. Growth segment and up, everyone struggles to hit quota. upmarket product market fit is not there yet
