      All people from the engineering side are amazing and fun to work with, performance reviews are a great way to get your salary bumped up once or even twice a year, very chill regarding pto

      Cons

      I would say when you start you literally have no clue what is going on you need to ask and research a lot to understand what is happening on your team, this is a good way to test how well you can work with little info, but I personally am not a fan of this
