      Talented team, but sales struggles create frustration

      Pros

      Amazing team to work with, everyone I interact with was high-level and talented. The marketing team does a great job, branding is strong, and everyone knows who we are.

      Cons

      Upmarket sales is an absolute shit-show. A constant push and pull between segments, and account distribution is lopsided. Numbers are slightly attainable, but dealing with the darling that is startups and growth is absolutely demoralizing. The platform is great, but you need to figure out how to do better with business models that don't exist in the cloud before you hire a whole SDR team to support two segments (which should really be one) with a 1:1 model.

      Honestly can't give any. Agree with the other honest reviews that it's all smoke and mirrors

      Cons

      There's an internal push for managers and HR to add positive reviews to counter the negative ones. That should tell you everything you need to know. EMEA leadership is the worst I've ever seen. Either Senior leadership in the US is too inexperienced to see this when hiring them, or they actually want these type of characters in the business. I don't know which one is worse. Doesn't help that the targets are so out of touch with reality. All the good people are now leaving and I'm not surprised. It's just going to get worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can.

      Good product & good name on CV

      Cons

      Target is not achievable. Work life balance is non existent. Leadership will love you one second and blame you the next. PIPs everywhere and using fear and job security to try and motivate. All about inducing anxiety and micro management. Leadership out of touch with reality and don’t even know what it’s like to be a rep. Save your sanity and go anywhere else.
