      Pros

      Vanta is one of those rare companies that has a need to have product. Not only is there an incredible market opportunity but the growth rate is truly remarkable. I've seen the company more than double in growth since I joined and there's no signs of slowing down. Pay and perks are very competitive and there's plenty of room for growth if you do well.

      Cons

      Competition in this space is heavy - Vanta wins way more often than loses in competitive deals, however the ankle biting brings deals value down which is annoying. I'd also say high level leadership communication seems very disconnected - this is typical with hyper growth companies but it's definitely a pain point.
