Pros
Throughout their hyper growth, Vanta continues to put their people first. They still hire against the company's core values, they give employees a voice, and they give everyone the opportunity to be and feel like a true owner of the business.
Cons
Like all companies that grow at breakneck speed (and especially those with hybrid working environments), Vanta is also learning how to best communicate internally - within teams, cross-functionally, and company wide. Good news is that the company continuously solicits feedback to do better on this front.
