Vanta is currently experiencing hypergrowth. During this period, I've really had the opportunity to run with projects and help make changes within the organization as we scale up. In addition, the teams are really well-connected. Cross-collaboration is big here + I can actually call my coworkers friends and really just be myself!

- Culture: The people at Vanta are incredible. It's apparent that the passion and ambition across teams are all aligned towards a common goal. The personalities during the interview process translated into the day-to-day grind - authenticity at their finest. - Product: Incredibly high value in space yet to be conquered, and continual improvements are being made to continue being a differentiator in the security space. - Leadership: Leadership and management are always important to consider when interviewing. Transparency, support, and guidance are all evident across the top. We all want to succeed, and our leadership has always provided the tools for success. - Work/life balance: Especially during the pandemic, it can be difficult to find an organization that truly respects balancing work and life. Vanta understands that we all have busy lives and ensures we are taking the time off when needed.
