      Pros

      Highest concentration of talented coworkers I've experienced at a company. Leadership really knows what they're doing - smart, tactical, and hold others + themselves accountable. Strong business traction.

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company so processes and communication do regularly break down and need fixing as the company grows. Things change so fast that it can be hard to track down why a decision was made or why something was built the way it was.

      Pros

      Vanta is growing quickly but it remains an excellent place to work. We have more than doubled in size in my time here, but it still feels like a very small company. The executives are very visible, easy to reach, and open for communication. The benefits are incredible -- better than many large corporations offer. 401k match! The people are friendly, motivated, and competent. I've really enjoyed my experience here.

      Cons

      There are some minor growing pains, as to be expected. For example, sometimes it takes longer than I would prefer for projects to be completed since people have so much on their plates.
