      Pros

      There is a huge product market fit for Vanta, being that we sell into any b2b SaaS company! With this comes a lot of territory to cover and endless leads. The people here are extradorinaiy- meaning they are strategic, intelligent, thoughtful and hard working. A lot of the team is built off people who know people who are also rockstars. This immediately makes the team feel like family. We celebrate wins often and give advice when necessary to help each other out. One of the best sales team to date that I have been apart of!

      Pros

      Team members are problem-focused. We are strategic about where we invest our resources so that we can simplify security + compliance the most for our customers. People are thoughtful, considerate, and pragmatic. The company has strong product-market fit b/c the whole team always do their homework. This is only possible with strong collaboration. There's a clear mission to secure the internet and protect consumer data. And w/ the ability to find good product/market fit, it's exciting to see us make progress on this mission.

      Cons

      Today, our biggest challenge is to keep up the pace with market demand. We are constantly looking for ways to scale and evolve more effectively!
