      Pros

      While there are certainly some benefits to working at this company, I can't ignore the fact that the workload is not balanced. It's becoming increasingly impossible to keep up with deadlines and tasks, and it feels like certain departments are considered "bulletproof" while others are constantly being punished. What's even more frustrating is that some individuals are not even following their contracts, seemingly making up their own rules to suit only themselves. This kind of behavior is unfamiliar to me, and it's disheartening to see individuals getting away with doing as they please while the rest of us struggle to keep up. I hope that management addresses these issues soon, because it's creating a toxic work environment that is unsustainable in the long run.

      Cons

      I am truly appalled by the prevalence of favouritism, toxic behavior, and blatant racism that occurs in front of supervisors and managers at my workplace. It is disheartening to witness individuals being treated unfairly and undervalued solely based on their race. Even more alarming is the fact that when these issues are challenged, the individual speaking out is often labeled as the problem. This type of behavior is not only unacceptable but it also fosters a toxic work environment that is detrimental to the well-being of all employees. We must strive to create a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
