the only good thing about vantage is they are an American company... which i believe they treat their employees better... but that is not the case in HK...

Cons

Bad management. you know something is wrong when more then 10 people resign within 3 months in the same department

Working here has been a fantastic experience! There's a genuine emphasis on personal growth, and the teams are super friendly. The regular office socials add a fun touch. It's a place where collaboration is key, and you'll always find a helping hand when needed. Overall, a great environment that balances work and play!

Cons

As Vantage experienced rapid growth, It has highlighted the need for processes to be put in place. The initial startup energy has transitioned into a more corporate feel—a change that's both understandable and necessary. Excited to be part of the next chapter at Vantage.

The company is rapidly expanding and gaining significant recognition in the market. A lot of white spaces where you can make changes There are ample opportunities for growth & learning

Cons

In Vantage, proficiency in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changes is a key skill, particularly given the fast-paced growth of the company. This may not be suitable for everyone.
