Agreed that the variety of technology & infrastructure here at our data center creates excellent opportunities for cross-training. Redundant knowledge within our employees can be as valuable as our redundant backup systems. While construction can be a challenge at times, it can creates interesting stretch assignments for our workforce while also being a sign of growth and expansion of the business. Transparency will remain a strong company core value for us. This is why you will continue to see it emphasized in each of our conference rooms.
