      Its a new company so they have the chance to do something great and form a culture that rewards hard workers

      Cons

      You will do a lot of things that are questionable. Its very disorganized at least right now, but that could also mean you have exposure to things never seen before

Worried more about appearance vs actual work environment Understaffed most of the time when we need people, yet layoffs are becoming more frequent towards the end of the year for contracted employees.
