      Pros

      A great work place to explore and experience. As a fresher I have joined here I got great Oppurtunites to explore things. I got good support from team to learn and work more comfortably When it's medical need I got very quick and good response from HR team to go for insurence claim

      As previously mentioned in the Pros, all aspects are in excellent condition. However, regarding compensation, the organization appears to be considering previous compensation offered by other organizations, even though the organization has its own budget.

      1. Excellent onboarding experience from Talent Acquisition team. 2. Along with initial trainings had a chance to understand the critical functions of major organs in the body. 3. People and culture are found impressive.

      1. Absence of a manufacturing unit is showing up. 2. Canteen needs a revamp with better quality options.
