Decent work life balance Decent pay and benefits but can do better. Great managers ( the ones I have worked with)

Cons

As IT is part of the RND business the IT teams does not seem to be valued. Get excluded most of the time. Even senior leaders are approachable but the HR of the organisation is very arrogant and unapproachable. Her responses are most of the time sarcastic and can be very insensitive.
