Employee benefits like transportation and food is not good Culture is not good lack of respect , lack of inclusion from Overseas employees

The company or the team assigned to me has made me go mad, feels like a person from mental asylum the job is so torturous in my team, there is no defined process no management nothing. Process changes everyday or atleast once a week they don’t understand the meaning of backlog , we have been working under same pressure since a year now. There is no one to listen although everyone knows, due to all this we cannot even participate in any office activities. When everyone enjoys our team works. We have all had it enough i hope this reaches to a responsible person. I dont know how to add more. Just so done, never thought a work life balance promising job would only give me tears and anxiety.
