Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay. Corporate backing so there are good benefits. The Accounting Manager knows his stuff and is easy to work with. He is very fair and will help you whenever he can.
Cons
Workload (or perhaps work ethics) are not divided equally between departments. Some departments work long hours while others are barely full time. It seems like all of the inventory issues are pushed off to purchasing and accounting to deal with.
