Pros

Lots of nice/talented team members. The Legal Assistants and support staff are the backbone of the firm.

Cons

Negative work environment. The HR Department is unprofessional and rude at times. They shared information about employees with people they shouldn't have. No room for advancement opportunities for non-attorneys. Pay was a lot lower than other big firms.
