Great PTO, benefits, coworkers, and overall a good culture

Cons

Management plays favorites, it’s extremely hard to get promoted. Upper management consistently hires terrible, unqualified middle management based on who they know or who they’re related to. One of the middle managers is a known racist, and has made statements publicly causing individuals to quit and HR won’t do anything about it.

Pros

A lot of wonderful people to work with and for. You can continue your dream of being in the cheer industry even after college. Lots of travel opportunities for most corporate positions. Casual dress in the offices most of the time. PTO is actually very good compared to other companies.

Cons

Full time employee pay is not as much as it should be. If you are just out of college and single it can be tough to live on. When comparing similar jobs at other companies I found the difference in pay to be significantly lower.
