Short term job not long term career
Pros
Great experience for short term, really helps you understand the value of hard work and how to work with varies type of people from different backgrounds. It is also very humbling experience to not be appreciated and treated badly continuously.
Cons
This company has really dropped over the years and does not value workers or give full appreciation to their employees. During these past few years the treatment I have received has been a rude awakening on how management and the company itself does not respect or understand the importance on how to treat and keep great employees. After my 2nd year I realized how they treated me like just another number doing daily tasks. I even had to learn other employees' jobs without extra pay. I have only stayed because I am waiting to move to another state for a different job. Overall two stars would probably represent this company well. I would recommend only for temporary position not for long term. Maybe just for someone fresh out of college looking to collect a paycheck and to get insurance. Because trust me you will be burnt out soon enough here. This job is great to have while looking for other jobs or a real career. I would not recommend for someone who has a family or is raising children. The pay is not enough to survive with children and pay for them to eat and do extra curricular activities. The raise is not worth staying either.
