Pros

The benefits, overtime and ability to work from home are pretty much the only reasons why I stayed so long.

Cons

Pay is underwhelming, especially for an employee whose been at the company for more than 5 years, but there always seems to be a new corporate position being created every month. Numbers seems to be the main focus rather than quality and it shows through the products and employees.
