Varsity is a forward thinking company. They do treat their employees fairly, and at times you are able to move up within the company if the opportunity presents itself. You may work a lot of events, and the staff seems to bind closer together from these events. It's a good place to be.

Cons

Salary considerations can be looked into a bit more, long hours over many weekends. A lot of travel.
