      Pros

      It’s an environment that quickly creates bonds with friends. It is uplifting to work at a company that brings Spirit and Joy to lives of kids. They offer travel opportunities to competitions and other special events. You will learn quite a lot with in the field that you were interested in to be a jack of all trades.

      Cons

      Rarely a bonus given or increase in salary. There isn’t a corporate ladder to climb. You learn a lot because you have to teach yourself.
