Pros

Great way to improve choreography memorization and teaching ability. The people you meet create lasting friendships and connections that will help you in your dance career.

Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work required, so you have to love what you're doing to truly appreciate it.

Pros

Positive work environment, you sell a great product that the software developed to design and place orders improves with each passing you.

Cons

It takes a long time to start making comission and the goal structure can make it difficult to hit goal year after year so many reps will only slightly go above goal to make sure they can hit each year. Production times on most products are very long which tends to upset customers.
