Pros

Flexible schedule Amazing coworkers/support system Annual opportunities for travel Excellent Benefits

Cons

Extremely dependent on personal ability to manage time. This is NOT a job for someone who is not extremely organized.

Pros

Meet and build relationships with people from around the country. As you work more may get the opportunity for great travel around the country and abroad. Truly a family atmosphere. Develop skills for public speaking and interacting with a diverse population.

Cons

Very long work days - think 12+ hours outside teaching - often also a benefit! Salary is low in the beginning years, not a summer job you will make a lot of money in the beginning.
