High turnover due to poor management and sales lead members. We are unable to create customized quotes, even though we are forced to tell parents thst everything is customized. Managers use AI rather than their brains to evaluate your sales performance. Managers use AI to craft their communication messages, which screams laziness and incompetence. Extensive micro-management. They don't qualify leads which impacts your metrics and bonus. Anybody applying to be a tutor, whether they are qualified or not, can be hired here.

I like the fact that you get dollar raise in your hourly pay if you get the same student consecutively

Cons

Quite honestly, i find the its platform difficult to use. For those who cares about teaching, I would recommend maybe get a some sort of drawing pad as an investment.
