      Pros

      Incredible mission to build commercial space stations alongside brilliant and interesting people. Culture is supportive of work-life balance. You get a lot of ownership and not much micromangement. On-site baristas + free lunch & snacks + classpass memberships.

      The workplace can be noisy at times.

      Pros

      Super smart people. Amazing culture. Work is interesting and everyone has a “get it done” attitude.

      Cons

      Deadlines are very aggressive but luckily leadership and engineering are all in the same team so while schedule is aggressive they work hard to make sure people don’t get burnt out.
