Company structure is based on a clique type environment, almost like high school. Severe lack of training, trial by fire. Company holds no accountability for employee treatment. Company repeatedly broke federal laws and continues to do so. Even after it was brought to light. Vault is also bad about making rules as they go with most rules being don’t you knows. Environment is stressful and often conflicted.
