Pros

Friendly environment, a real low-level software plus hardware manufacturing company in a small city, which for me is a preference. also has a good healthcare plan.

Cons

payment isn't competitive, sometimes needs to do a lot of (hourly paid) OT to deliver the project in time, but I like what I do here so not really complaining

Good and pleasant work environment. Colleagues are generally friendly. Staff is allowed to dress less formally.Proper guidance and support from the seniors. Able to work for 1 to 2 Years. Life balance

Cons

There will be not much career growth in the software development.company location in situated in a remote place like hardware factory.No professional growth and career Improvement for more than 1 Year. No Additional Benefits Not much Bonus and increments
