Pros
Interesting work. Youll get to learn about aviation and airports, and it's not dull or boring. The company is fully virtual so you will have the flexibility that comes with working from home. People at Vector are helpful and team spirit is good.
Cons
They have a plan to expand but their growth strategy is unclear and maybe risky with unclear payoffs. I understand the direction but wanted a better feeling that the growth plans are realistic.
