A lot of management has been there for a over 10 years.

Cons

It's hard to move up, favoritism is very much present. They are a legacy company having a hard time finding footing in the new era of tech.

It's not a terrible place to start your career.

Cons

There are not many growth opportunities or pay increases. The stress is not worth the little money they give you. I wouldn't work there for more than a year or two.

Our Compensation team conducts reviews of the market frequently to make sure we are keeping up with our peers and providing competitive yearly increases to all team members who are in good standing. In addition, since we have increased our remote work opportunities there are a lot more growth opportunities across all of Vector Security, as long as you are in good standing (i.e. by meeting time in position requirements and not on corrective action, etc.).
