Business Outlook
Pros
They care about their employees and customers. They care about company culture. They promote from with in and believe your success is their success. They constantly set you up for success and give you opportunities to grow. I've been here right under a year, but it has been a pleasant surprise. Not used to such a large corporation caring so much; it's been great.
Cons
Like any other company their hours are pretty set and not really flexible, but that is going to be anywhere.. a girl could dream though right!
