Our Compensation team does reviews of the market and jobs frequently to make sure we are keeping up with our peers and providing a competitive total rewards package to all of our team members. Be sure you are talking with you supervisor during your performance review to discuss your career advancement with us as there are many team members working at Vector Security who worked their way up in the company, which will help you advance your career/pay and hopefully relieve the work stress your are under.
