They provided every resource to succeed. Both physical and mental support. Everything was in house and not subcontracted. Excellent leadership.

They don't advertise so company provided leads were rare.

Opportunity to succeed if you fit in the right clique on the Operations side. Service Side of the house seems to have a more fair approach to Management and less politics. Working hours were good & benefits were decent. Coworkers were hard working.

Cons

Management isnt trustworthy. Two faced and very self important. Tell you one thing to your face and then do another. Very frustrating to figure out who you can trust and who you cant. Those you can trust seem to get demoted and demoralized while the sneaky ones get promoted.
