Very limited growth pay is on the lower end of market value

Vector has established an annual merit process, which aligns to an annual merit increase effective in Q2 of each year and takes into consideration several factors, including a direct relation to employee performance. Merit increase amounts are determined collectively by HR, Finance, and the employee’s manager. We are also working to expand our professional development opportunities for team members through training, leadership programs, and more.
