We are going through a lot of change but it's an exciting time at Vector Solutions! With change comes growth. We pride ourselves on being innovative, exploring new technology and transparency with our employees. We just completed our Sales Meetings to kick off 2018 and we think team members are invigorated and excited about the vision, direction and plans ahead. We are open to ideas and provide a few avenues for our employees to speak up. We have a forum for employee feedback, Bright Ideas (new ideas or recommended changes), lots of shout outs and employee Recognition. We are growing and changing and this may not be an environment for people who like a constant, steady, tedious environment.

In the first several years of our existence, some of our base courses were founded on subject-matter expert (SME) reviewed publicly available information. In the years since, our product has evolved to 100% SME provided content that relies on first hand experiences and captivating stories that foster learning and the imagination. - Sr Director of Content
