      Pros

      I have been working for over 10 years at Vector with a large, talented group on a variety of exciting projects that really challenge us. Everyone is open to sharing ideas and helping each other out. Vector values work-life balance and there's flexibility when needed. I'm happy to be part of a fun team!

      Cons

      Sometimes, it gets really busy with lots of projects coming in.

      • Feeling of making a difference • Co-workers are amazing and easy to get along with • Workload is always different and unique • Flexibility and understanding

      Cons

      Although I haven't experienced many cons yet, if at all - I would say that communication between sectors could always be better, I think everyone is comfortable within their 'segment silos'. I really do enjoy working with my team every day.

There are active initiatives to bring team members out of their so called 'segment silos' and engage in cross functional collaboration.
