Salary is paid on every month 5th. That is the only Pro they have.
Cons
This company doesn't know How a IT company works. They treat the employees like a bull / robot. You must work 24 hours and 7 day a week. You can't complain to any one as Top level management itself will force you do that. You must leave your bag and mobile phones out side the floor. You can't take them inside. All the work will be ah-hoc and very very urgent, the leads will ask you work through out the night while you leave office at 8/9 starting from 10 am, and the lead will go and enjoy his night. He will not help you even you ask, he will say there is internet and learn from there. There is no guidance. Coming to the internet, you will be treated like a BPO company employee. If you want to learn for your work most of the time the solution which you will get will be on blocked website. How an employee will learn, and lead is not helping and asking browse net. They don't give work to employees and tells them that employees are paid salary for free. That too they shout on the floor. Behaviour of the management towards the employee is that the employee will cheat the company unless employee has been give 24 hours work for 8 hours payment. Employee must inform the lead even to go out for rest room break. When you go and inform that you are hungry and want to have food, you will not be allowed to go and have food. You will be asked to complete the task which will take 3-4 hours and go and have the food. You should not speak with the team mates as well. The lead will shout in front of all the employees in the floor. There are lot of fights happening in the floor itself, leads don't know how to behave in the floor and office. They treat the team members like a junior in school or college and rage them. It is like Hitler running a company, only command, there will not be any discussions. You will not be allowed to discuss about a tasks to a co-worker also. And you must be sitting on the chair in front of computer for 8 hours completely. If you get up for minute also will be counted against your work time of the day. If you work even 24 hours a day, that will not be compensated some other day. Like this all the employees are working. And they promote people who are ineligible to the post, who are not trained for those post over do their job. Those new leads are making the employees life pathetic in the office. And these leads steel the work done by their team and only get appreciation to them. They don't have a courtesy to appreciate a hard working employee. They will get all the benefits of the work which you are done and thrash you. Many more bad experiences are there which I don't have patience to write about them.
