-Good work life balance. -Good on time pay even in covid-19. -Good management support for the employees. -Amazing training given to freshers which we cant get in any other organization. -Motivates employees by giving rewards and recognition and fun activities on every Friday. -Various policies that helps employee grow along with the company. -Totally its a good company for employees having at least two years of experience.

Cons

-Need some transparency between employee and senior management. -No separate canteen facility for engineering service department. -No decent accommodation facility.
