- Freedom to work and learn - No politics in place - Your efforts are surely be recognized - Helping mentors or leaders - Good company, especially for freshers, as there is very less work pressure on them in terms to learn effectively

Cons

- Only Canteen Food as it is almost the same every night. I am not sure about the food being served in the day as I work in the night shift.
