Employees who are really passionate about their work and real contributors are always recognized Lot of emphasis on skill improvement and employees who really work on this have always seen growth

Cons

Company asks for a commitment on tenure while joining as they want serious A class players in the team. This is a positive for the employee who really wants to stay with the company and grow with the company but people who don't understand this are trying to spread negative messages

Good for freshers, bad for experience

Cons

Within salary deduction of amount with the name of food coupons (Not sodex etc its INHOUSE) will be deducted and variable pay which is straight 10% of your CTC will also be deducted based on your performance. Never got 100% variable pay in history.
