Few negatives found in the earlier reviews was at past .Everything depends on our expectation and contribution. All organization has some of these in growing phase. In Current phase employees are very happy and working with great motivation and higher goals. We are directly seeing our growth in both designation and monetary part. We are given opportunity to speak about our achievement and raise ours concern, if any, in Appraisal meeting. GM HR spends more than 1/2 an hour with each employee. Speaks on our achievement and get know our future goal and streamline our thoughts and shares advise to reach those goals quickly and efficiently.
