Pros: I have been working here for the past two years, I feel valued at my work. We have freedom to choose our targets and work towards achieving them. We are allowed to make mistakes and our leaders always encourage us to be our better selves. I am empowered and taught to be a passionate leader and initiatives like Micro Company is something that i admire the most. To be heard in an organization of 7000+ employees helps me grow with more confidence and increases my hunger for success.

Cons: No company is perfect, While we grow, there are things that are evolving (like tech updates, WFH, Virtual Connects, etc.) that come along with any growing company like ours. It's very important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening, that is right and progress in performance/action that supports it.
