I’ve had the chance to work with a lot of freedom here, which has really helped me take ownership of my work and grow professionally. The environment encourages you to explore, learn, and step into responsibilities that genuinely add to your experience. I’ve also been given good opportunities across different projects, and that exposure has strengthened both my technical and people-management skills. Most colleagues are supportive, and the culture is generally collaborative. Managers are approachable, and it’s easy to have open conversations when needed.

Cons

Some processes can still feel inconsistent between teams, and a bit more standardization would make execution smoother. Workload can spike depending on project timelines, and growth paths could be communicated more clearly.
