Overall, it has been a great place for career growth and professional development.

One area of improvement for the company is encouraging employees to make better use of the available internal resources. Since all departments are available within the organization, most tasks and support can be handled internally without the need to go outside the company for assistance or services. Better utilization of in-house resources can improve coordination, efficiency, and overall productivity.
