Mostly daily tasks and flexible hours. Work from home for design engineers—work-wise friendly environment. When you work you will have learning opportunities. We can learn document management for projects. .

Cons

If you get any problem during working hours regarding the system you have to wait for a reply from IT. Sometimes it will take time hours or days. you will get confused with management rules. Some are all mostly in favor of management so we have to be careful before acknowledge them.
