Employees are not compensated well compared to competitors/market/location. Management is either stressed or unable to create a healthy work environment where their employees are happy.

Upper Management doesn’t care about their own employees and allowed morale to reach a critical low. Changes happen every five seconds making the company unreliable and inconsistent. Work from home was the best part and throughout the decision to recind that perk, the lack of compassion, understanding and reason from upper management was telling. The pay is abysmally low compared to every other company in the industry. You are a peon and nothing more to the people in charge.
