I have never been at a company where the employees live in such fear of the leader. Veeva's CEO is possibly the worst executive I have even encountered. I do not dispute the fact that he has helped the company get to where it is today. However, there is a cult like fear of the CEO at this company. It is also starting to trickle down to the senior executives and their approach. It is very sad to me that this company has become such a horrible place to work and it is also sad that the employees do not even realize that there are so many better companies out there to work at.
